RENTAL POLICY: Rental requests are processed in February and proposed contracts are sent out on Feb 20. Our priorities for rental are in
order of family, tenants with longer prior tenancies, and people renting for longer periods. This means new applicants are unlikely to receive accommodations in July or August and we will have difficulty in accommodating all previous
renters at peak demand.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: After a guest has secured the rental of a house for agreed dates by signing a Rental Agreement and making full payment, the rental amount is not refundable
if the guest cancels the tenancy unless MRA is able to rent the house for the same dates. If another guest rents the house for the same dates, MRA will refund the paid rent, less a $100 service fee. MRA has no obligation to
specifically seek a substitute renter but will show the house as open on the website schedule.
