At the very top of Morse Mountain, one of the highest points on the mid-Maine coast, Eyrie has spectacular views in all directions of the ocean, Seawall Beach, Seguin Island, Sprague River & Casco Bay and on clear days, Mt. Washington. It is located one mile from the beach. Rebuilt in 2002, it is well insulated and comfortable year round. Hike or ski in if snow allows.

The Eyrie is equipped for year round rental. The views and beach are spectacular year-round. Bug free walks in the woods are wonderful! Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing can be enjoyed in the winter months. Anyone renting December to March should be prepared to ski or snowshoe in and out. 3 night minimum stay for off season rentals.
